Justin's

Hopped a cab over to Justin's (partly because it was cold, partly because I was running late). When I showed up on the porch, I could hear his music going pretty strong through the door. I knocked, and decided to snap a picture as I waited.
This was the first substantial snow we've had in Chicago this year. There were earlier incidents, but the stuff has stuck around a bit. From what I hear, the temperature is going to drop something crazy tonight, and a lot of lake effect snow is expected.
After waiting around for a bit (and several attempst at knocking), I went to the side door and tried the buzzer.

Waited around a bit, as Justin did some last minute gift-wrapping.

Some serious supplies here. He's not messing around.

I had to restrain myself here, and remind myself that I was Justin's friend. Had my moral compass failed me, I would have shoved him to the ground and run out of the place with this guy under my arms.
I mean, c'mon. Monster. Flying. Disc. Don't judge me. Like you wouldn't screw over your best friend for this thing?

This is a crate full of records Justin bought today from Full Cyrkle Records (which, he found out, is closing it's doors soon). I'm sad to hear this news, seeing as how it seems to have been around a good long while. I feel lucky that I was able to go and take photos. I can't imagine what this must be like for someone who's been a patron of that place for years and years and years.
