Post-Work

After work, Justin and I walk over to The Siskel Center to buy tickets to The Found Video Show.

The two of us ended up getting a dual membership. It’s always something I contemplate when I come here, but never end up doing (mostly because it seems I come here so rarely). But… with this membership, I’m hoping to see more films. It’s super close to work, and now… with a year-long membership, I don’t really have an excuse.

After buying tickets, we ended up going around the corner to the nearby Borders bookstore. Instead of just perusing, I ended up grabbing a crapton of books. Justin and I sat in the coffee shop for a good while, looking over books, discussing buying property, and kicking around a few side projects we might embark on. All in all, a really fun, productive bit of time… despite the fact that all we did was sit around, read some, and talk.
