Making it a little more like home

It’s been a while since we moved in to this office. And during these months, two paintings that used to hang above Ben desk have sort of been sitting around.

Well, today Ben and Jane took hammer in hand, and put thought to action. They hung up these two pictures on a column near my desk, and I have to say it does make the place seem just a bit cozier.

As a sidenote on the artist – these paintings were done by a guy named Derek Erdman.

Random trivia #1: Ben gave Justin one of Erdman’s paintings a while back (where it’s earned a spot in the kitchen).

Random trivia #2: I ran into Erdman while I was walking home, slightly drunk one evening and chanced across an opening he was particpating in.

Small city indeed.
