Depot @ Snepo Arrives

The fine gents at Snepo.com have finally thrown wide the curtains, and launched their new app today: Depot. I just saw mention of this this morning (it’s September 8 as I write this entry), so I have yet to really dig around and play with things yet.

However, if you’re someone who works with Flash, then I think you’re definitely going to be interested in this one. Check out a blurb from the site:

Depot allows you as a Flash or Javascript developer to create rich, data driven internet applications without using PHP, ASP, or any other three-lettered server side scripting language. This is because Depot works entirely over HTTP which, incidentally, both Flash and Javascript are quite good at.

I’m running late by posting this, but I’ve printed out the user manual so I can read it on the train in to work. Can’t wait to install this puppy, and give her a spin.
