WLUP Promotion

Today, in my Inbox, I got an email about an upcoming WLUP (The Loop) promotion, slated for next week. I’ll let you read the actual press release (below), for all the details. Suffice it to say, I think this whole event sounds pretty darn incredible.

The actual tightrope will be very close to eye-level for us in the office, since we look right out onto the river. I emailed Tommy King, and got access to the Wacker/Franklin corner, where I hope to get a bunch of on-site photos/videos. I’m guessing a few of the guys in the office will also be filming/photographing the event from our desk areas.

Great history, great drama. Great idea.

If you’re around downtown next Tuesday, swing by the river and the Merchandise Mart. Should be a sight to see.
