Sasuke

Sasuke is a Japanese show that features a super crazy obstacle course, comprised of four parts (each more difficult that the last).

Stage One:
Balance and Speed are the two key qualities needed to pass this stage, strength coming in at a close third. This stage is designed to weed out those who aren’t physically capable of taking on Stages Two, Three, and Four.

Stage Two:
Stage Two’s obstacles, like Stage One’s, alter throughout the competitions, but all hold to the same principle: If you make a single mistake, you fall into the water below.

Stage Three:
This stage makes very little use of the competitor’s legs and forces them to have a strong upper body and a strong grip. Six obstacles are placed throughout the course and are designed to drain the body of its energy and will to proceed.

Stage Four:
The Fourth Stage is the hardest stage of them all. With a mere thirty seconds on the clock, a forty foot high wall and a thirty foot long rope above it, this stage eliminates virtually all remaining competitors.
