Reminder: Upcoming Waterballoon War, Frankfort Fall Festival
For anyone who might be interested, the Frankfort Fall Festival is this weekend. I realize it's a bit of a trek for those in Chicago (it's about 45 minutes away), but there's a particular event at the Festival that may be of interest to you... particularly you shutterbugs out there.
At the conclusion of the parade each year, there's a fairly large neighrobhood waterballoon war. Fun opportunity for photos, particularly if the weather is good.
This year the festival begins on August 30th, and the parade (and subsequent waterballoon war) is on the 31st.
