It's with great pleasure that I get to say that Justin is back with us at Emmis Interactive. His new role with the company will be on the planning side of things, and he comes on board as a Product Desginer.

After heading off to India for many months, he's now re-situated in Chicago and today was his first day at work.

It was thanks to Justin that I was able to land a freelance gig with Emmis, over six years ago, back in 2002. And that part-time job led to a full time job, and I can't imagine being anywhere else, working anywhere else.

It's incredibly exciting to know that Justin's ideas and thoughts will help shape where our company goes, moving forward. I remember, in my early days here in Chicago, Justin and I talking on my back porch about projects and technology. And I remember how fun it was to have those same conversations, in the work environment.

Thinking back to when the company was a room with four of us, to now an entire floor with over 40 of us... it's a little amazing to find ourselves where we are now. And a little exciting, too.
