On seeing this, I just busted out laughing. This is such a great photo.

Purportedly, the man dove in to the moat around Tokyo's Imperial Palace to retrieve a bag that had been dropped. I'm not sure if the removal of clothing took place before or after diving in.

Additionally, I'm not sure what prompted the Benny Hill-esque chases that seem to be captured in the video (below). At certain points, the man is honest to goodness violent, hitting a policeman's shield with some kind of stick, hurling rocks at people.

And I have to tell you... I'm overlooking all the violence in this story. Naked man + multiple guards = THE FUNNY.
