Liz and went to Leslie's birthday celebration, held this year at Rodan. Sadly, though the atmosphere is always great at Rodan.... it's also pretty dark, and none of my photos turned out.

A fun evening out, despite the fact that we were waiting for a large area to clear out that never really did (there was a huge group that looked to be getting ready to leave for like an hour and a half). Though the crowd got a little hectic closer to midnight, it was fun being out and about on a Satuday for the first time in ages.

Really bummed that none of my images turned out. And so - this is a photo I didn't take of Leslie's birthday party, with the crowds of people hanging out between tables, standing in front of a screen where the were projecting Logan's Run on a loop, everyone holding lychee martinis in their hands and Leslie holding a small assortment of gifts in her hands.
