I'm up early (alarm went off at 5:15 AM) working on a redesign for the blog. This was an old project I started many, many months ago... and I'm trying to wrap things up for a relaunch.
The mornings are an odd time to be working on things like this. It's nice because it's quiet and it feels like no one else but me is awake. But with the onset of fall, it's much darker now... and it feels like waking up in the middle of the night.
On top of that, my brain is still pretty fuzzy, and it usually takes me a good 30 minutes to fully "wake up." By that time, it's closing in on work time, and I'm due to hop in the shower to start the day.
I'll likely be stealing a bit of time from the blog in the coming days, as I try to get this relaunch in order. Doing a lot of my own designing and coding, which always is a super slow process for me.
Off to it then.
This is (mostly) unrelated to blog redesign, but I have to say, since as of late, I'm barely able to bog at all, I always think about how you get up and blog in the morning. Don't get me wrong, there's no way I could do that, but I think about it all the time. I give you so much credit for that, Felix. I really do. I have no idea how you do it...but boy am I glad you do! : O )
