And I'm eating a Corned Beef sandwich, with Swiss Cheese, on Rye bread.
A coworker brought in a ton of this stuff from a favorite restaurant of
his, just as a nice gesture. And it's fantastic. Everyone in the office
today converged on the kitchen, and made a sandwich (or two).
Corned
Beef, 10 AM. My coffee's still untouched by the side of my keyboard.
That's
right, folks. Let the holidays begin. :)

I'm home in Indianapolis. Or on my way there.
Nothing
big planned, family-wise. We're all going to eat together, and my parents
are most likely working to some degree. It's always been like this, as
long as I can remember: my parents working on Thanksgiving. We always
have dinner together, but typically... they're off during the day, tending
to the restaurant.
When
other families don't care to cook, my parents are the ones who tie on
an apron, rub their hands together, and ask "What'll it be?"
I
may end up just watching movies for a long while, not having had a DVD
player or VCR around. I've got a few
things I'd like to watch, and maybe I'll slip out and rent some movies
too. And my parents have cable TV at their house. I...
mmmmm.
Cable
TV.
