This morning, I did the carpool thing (picking up Justin
and Chris). Justin
was bringing in a turntable for Greg, and I offerd to
drive in for the day.
There was a fair amount of construction on his street and, while trying to avoid blocking traffic... I
pulled into a nearby alley. While I waited, I snapped a few pics.

On the drive in to work, we spotted a really unique looking bicycle (this guy must be part of
the Rat Patrol).
I asked Justin to
grab my camera and try to get a few photos. Lo and behold - he gets two great shots.

I ended up going to Monk's for lunch. En route, I spotted something I've been wanting to photograph for
close to two years now.
On the walk to lunch, sunlight fell in such a way as to form this spotlight on one of the trees planted near
the river walkway. I've noticed this effect every once in a long while, if the time and my angle of view
happen to coincide.

The t-shirts came in today (I bought one for $10). Really, these should not have been white. But I wager that
it was more of a cost thing that led to the white decision.
Something like $3.17 goes to the cost of the shirt. The rest of the $10 goes to help
out the Muffin Lady with court costs and whatnot..
