HotPads.com is a neat site that shows a ton of housing/rental data, with remarkable street-level detail. I found this via MetaFilter, and as a caveat - some of the comments there suggest that the site's data might not be so accurate.
Still though, a neat interface nonetheless. As with all things you purchase, as you're checking this site out... caveat emptor.
