Merlin Mann - Google TechTalk on Time and Attention

I've mentioned this before, but I just saw a post on Lifehacker that reminded me of Merlin Mann's excellent talk about Time and Attention. The video is 35 minutes, and taken from a Google TechTalk from March of 2008.

If you're someone who gets pulled in a lot of directions daily, I can't stress how helpful this video can be. It's a great talk, and the video below is a plus as you get to see some of Merlin's great slides.

I have said, and cannot say enough, good things about this talk. It is well worth your time, I promise you.

A book called Time Management From the Inside Out has some similar helpful concepts. Interesting talk- I liked the idea of who has access to you- but wow...I realized I am soo not a part of the modern economy. I have rough mannish hands and rarely get lunch at all.
